Transition from a former distillery and brewery into a mixed-use project. Zwarthout | Shou Sugi Ban was asked to char the wooden beams for one of the façades. The firm VKP from Goes placed the blackened wood beams in the past months. It was a challenging not everyday task. A total of 12 kilometres of wood was mounted on the façades and the roof.
